At Maverick Engineering we have always attempted to provide clients with quality services. Our firms professional staff and their commitment to quality production have led to new in-house procedures which enhance our ability to provide improved professional services to our clients. Quality assurance and self improvement are primary goals of our firm, and are mandatory for our survival and growth.
In a quest to further quality goals, our efforts include discussing related concepts and procedures with knowledgeable persons and firms who can positively contribute to our ability to provide quality professional services. This program includes the involvement of our sub-consultants, general contractors, and suppliers, as well as our clients. We feel that all of these entities can benefit by participating in the management of their own quality standards. All phases of the design and construction industry will reap benefits when quality becomes everyones highest priority.
Quality assurance is dependent on each phase of a procedure being performed correctly. This process de-emphasizes progress inspections while focusing on performance of the task correctly the first time. This is accomplished by proper training and by allowing each person involved in the process an opportunity to provide input into how the service is to be provided. This is the reason that all of our professional staff are being trained in quality assurance methodology.
Although our firm is in the infancy of our Quality Assurance Program, our enthusiasm is high. Specific projects to improve our firms communication cycle are already netting results, however, we have accepted the fact that long term involvement in this program is necessary to realize maximum benefits.
